My name is Mark Dawson. I qualified as a integral yoga teacher in 2012 and have been practising yoga for 20 years. Yoga has been so helpful for me in many aspects of my life, and I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. My classes are open to people of all levels. I aim to create a safe friendly atmosphere. Please contact me if you want to know more before attending.

The class starts at 09.30 until 10.45 and the cost is £10
Mats are provided and all levels are welcome

I would like to make people aware that I am also a psychological therapist working in the NHS. Due to a potential conflict of interests I would not see people for yoga who are past or present clients in my capacity as a therapist.
